Delivery Policy

What Delivery Means

"Delivery" is when your finished, tested website is handed over to you — deployed on your domain and hosting where you've provided access, or delivered as ready-to-deploy files and instructions otherwise.

Typical Timeline

• Order submitted: free, no payment
• Demo preview built and uploaded: same day to a few days
• Your review — accept (pay deposit) or reject (cancelled, free)
• Full production: 3–7 days, depending on package and complexity
• Revisions: 1–3 days
• Launch: within 24 hours of your final approval

Requested Delivery Dates

If you request a specific "needed by" date when ordering, it must be at least 7 days out. We'll confirm as soon as possible whether that date works for your project's scope, and let you know right away if it doesn't.

What Can Affect Your Timeline

Timelines assume reasonably prompt feedback and content from you. Slow responses, late content, or changes to the original brief partway through can extend delivery — we'll always let you know if that's happening and why. E-commerce and other custom-quote projects typically take longer than the packages above and are scoped individually.

After Delivery

Once delivered and the final balance is paid, ongoing updates and support are covered by an optional maintenance plan — see our Pricing page — or can be arranged individually.
