Do I have to pay anything to get started?

What if I don't like the demo?

Just reject it. The project is cancelled immediately and you were never charged anything — no questions asked, no cost either way.

How much does a website cost?

It depends on the package — see our Pricing page for exact starting prices and what's included in each. If you accept your free demo, a deposit is due to begin full production.

How does payment work?

A 50% deposit is due only after you've reviewed and approved your demo, paid via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash with a receipt uploaded for review (card payment is coming soon). The remaining balance is due on delivery.

How long does it take?

Delivery time depends on the package, from 5–7 business days for a Starter site up to 2–4 weeks for a full online store — see the Pricing page for exact timelines per package. That's full-production time after your demo is accepted; the free demo itself is usually ready within a few days.

Can I get a refund?

Rejecting a demo isn't a refund case at all — nothing was charged. Once a deposit is paid, cancelling within 3 days and before full production starts gets you a full refund; see our Refund Policy for what applies after that.

Do you offer revisions if I want changes?

Yes — every package includes 2 rounds of revisions once full production starts, to bring the design in line with your original brief.

What if my project doesn't fit any package, or needs something custom?

Submit an order with whatever package is closest, and mention what you need — final pricing for larger or more complex projects is confirmed with you individually when your demo preview is presented.

Do you build online stores (e-commerce)?

Do I need to provide my own content and images?

Accepted Answer

You're welcome to, but you don't have to — tell us about your business (what you offer, your style preferences, any photos you have) and we'll put together content and design suggestions for your review.

Yes — every package is fully responsive and tested across phones, tablets, and desktops, since most visitors in Egypt will land on your site from a phone.

Do you offer support or maintenance after my site launches?
