Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 16, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern any order placed with Deviora Studio ("we", "us") through deviorastudio.com. By submitting an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Our Services
Deviora Studio designs and builds custom websites and web applications, offered as fixed-price packages (Starter, Business, Teacher, Premium/E-Commerce) starting from the prices shown on our Pricing page — final pricing for larger or more complex projects is confirmed with you individually when your demo preview is presented. Optional ongoing maintenance plans are available separately after launch.
2. Placing an Order
Orders are placed through our online wizard and require an account, and cost nothing to submit. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide — your goals, preferred style, content, deadline, business details, and contact details — since this is what your free demo preview is built from.
After you submit, we build a frontend-only demo preview of your site and upload watermarked screenshots to your dashboard — see "Demo Preview & Approval" below for how that step works and what happens next.
If you request a specific delivery date, it must be at least 7 days from the order date. We'll confirm whether it's realistic for your package and scope once full production begins.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) on our Pricing page. Nothing is charged when you order — a deposit of 50% of the package price only becomes due once you've reviewed and approved your free demo preview, to begin full production. It's paid by card (via Kashier) or by manual transfer (InstaPay / Vodafone Cash) with a receipt uploaded for review. The remaining balance is due on delivery, before final files or access are handed over.
For e-commerce stores and other custom-quote projects, pricing and the deposit/balance split are confirmed with you individually when your demo preview is presented.
4. Demo Preview & Approval
Once you submit an order, we build a frontend-only demo of your site at no cost to you and upload watermarked preview screenshots to your dashboard. You'll get an email when it's ready.
You're free to accept or reject the preview, no obligation either way. If you reject it, the project is cancelled immediately and you were never charged anything. If you accept it, the deposit described above becomes due to begin full production.
The watermarked preview remains the property of Deviora Studio and may not be copied, deployed, or used in any way until the deposit is paid and it's replaced with the final, unwatermarked build.
5. Revisions
Each package includes 2 rounds of revisions, after your deposit is paid, to bring the design in line with your original brief. Requests that go beyond the original brief, or additional rounds after that, may be quoted as extra work.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership of the final website design and code transfers to you once the full balance has been paid. Until then, all work — including the demo preview — remains the property of Deviora Studio. You confirm that any logo, text, images, or other content you provide is either owned by you or you have the right to use it — you're responsible for that content.
7. Maintenance Plans
Maintenance plans are optional and billed monthly outside the platform, starting from the second month (the first month is free). You can cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.
8. Liability
We aim to deliver a working, well-tested website, but we can't guarantee that it will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will meet needs that weren't part of the agreed brief. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it. We'll post the updated date at the top of this page.
