When you create an account, place an order, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, project details (goal, style preferences, notes, deadline), business details you submit with your order (business name, logo, contact info, location), and payment-related information (deposit amount, payment status, and — for manual payments — the receipt image you upload).

• To deliver the website or service you ordered, and keep you updated on its progress
• To send order confirmations and status updates by email and, where you've provided a phone number, WhatsApp
• To process payments and verify manual payment receipts
• To respond to messages you send through our contact form

Third-Party Services We Use

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the platform: Supabase (account authentication, database, and file storage), Resend (transactional email), Kashier (card payment processing), and Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (order notifications, where applicable). Each processes data under its own privacy policy and only receives what it needs to perform its role.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies: one to keep you signed in, and one to remember your language preference (English/Arabic). We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Data Retention

We keep your account and project data for as long as your account is active, and afterward for as long as needed to meet our legal and tax record-keeping obligations.
